Cancellation Policy

Booking policy 1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full. 2. Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible, as popular dates (especially weekends and school holidays) fill quickly. 3. All booking details must be confirmed at the time of payment. This includes the date, start time, location, and the specific entertainment package selected. 4. You will receive a written booking confirmation via email within 24 hours of payment. Please check the details carefully and notify us of any errors within 48 hours. 5. Changes to booking details (date, time, or location) may be made at no extra charge if requested at least 7 days before the event, subject to availability. Changes within 7 days are subject to a $25 amendment fee. Cancellation policy 1. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund. 2. Cancellations made 3 - 6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. 3. Cancellations made 72 hours or fewer before the event are non-refundable. 4. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request. 5. In the event of extreme weather, serious illness, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a free reschedule to the next available date. We do not offer refunds for these circumstances unless we are unable to fulfil the booking within 90 days. Note: If we need to cancel your booking for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund plus priority access to rebook at the same rate. Waitlist policy 1. If your preferred date or package is fully booked, you are welcome to join our waitlist at no charge. Waitlist spots do not require payment and do not guarantee availability. 2. Waitlist positions are allocated in the order requests are received. When a cancellation occurs, we will contact the first eligible person on the waitlist by email and phone. 3. You will have 24 hours to confirm and pay in full once a spot becomes available. If we do not hear from you within this window, we will move to the next person on the waitlist.
